Our family feels blessed to have an amazing extended family environment with all of the staff at The Palace Renaissance. We feel our parents are safe, loved and very well taken care of. Thank you on behalf of The Gonzalez family.

The BEST gift our mother gave us was the foresight to plan for her future. And that included long term care. Mom could no longer live at home in early 2017 and so we moved her to The Palace Renaissance where she is thriving. Mom goes out on the two weekly outings and Maggie the Activities Director always sends us pictures. We love attending the monthly family parties (they are amazing), my favorite is Mothers Day! The Champagne fountain this year was fabulous.

The Palace Renaissance is the very best place for my sister to be. There is a great deal of care and attention given to her, and all the other residents, every day, at all moments. A big reason why The Renaissance is special is its Activities Area. What is offered to the residents, again, on a daily basis, is a finely coordinated schedule of physical, sensory and musical events that serve to inspire good health, wellbeing and happiness. From morning stretching, individual games, special Mondays outings and wonderful, varied musical entertainment, each day is full. To the degree in which they’re able to participate, the residents are encouraged to to do so. The Activities Department is crucial, I believe, to the profound health of all the residents. Maggie Miranda is doing all of us a large, heartfelt service by providing the care and attention The Renaissance residents need.

Thank you to The Palace Renaissance -Kendall! Everyone, who works there has been so helpful, friendly and attentive. They are great! Also, thanks to Maggie, the activities director, who makes every holiday feel festive with all the amazing decorations. Not only that, but they involve their residents with many activities including, arts & crafts, games, all kinds of musicians and sometimes they even get to go to a park. I can count on them to care for my mother in a way that I couldn’t and I’m not worrying all the time now. Thank you all again!

My 83 year old father's health decelerated rapidly in December of 2022. My sister, brother, and I are his caretakers, and it took us all by surprise. We had to make the tough decision to move him into an assisted living facility due to his chronic health issues. We asked friends, family, & colleagues about various options while we did our research, albeit in an accelerated timeframe, and were happy to hear that many had given high praise to the Palace for their care and support of family members in the past. We ultimately decided to move Dad into the Palace Royale. Considering the circumstances, the process was fairly seamless, and the professionalism and compassion that the Palace team members exhibited gave us comfort during our time of need. We collaborated very closely with the Director of Customer Service, the General Manager, the Director of Residence Care and her team. Everyone was always very responsive and available via multiple avenues of communication. (Ex: Phone, E-Mail, Text, etc.) as we worked closely to ensure the health and safety of my father. My family was truly appreciative of the support the Palace provided us and we highly recommend their services to anyone that is in need of assisted living for their family members.

Moving my father-in-law into memory care was a very difficult decision for our family to make. I’ve had a very positive experience with The Palace at Home. The facility provides excellent care, and the staff consistently shows compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. My dad lives at the Palace at Weston, which is staffed by the Palace at Home. He loves that everyone there is very knowledgeable and accommodating when it comes to evaluating issues and handling them. But most importantly, they are all very friendly, kind and accessible. If you’re going to have a health issue, these are the people that you would want to help you. Everyone is well trained, which is testament to the leadership of Camila Pertierra, the coordinator.

My grandmother spent approximately one year at Homestead Manor, and I was very hesitant about placement due to negative experiences our family had with other skilled nursing facilities for rehabilitation. Choosing Homestead Manor was the best decision our family could have made. From day one, they treated my grandmother as if she were their own family. The staff knows every resident by name, as well as their family members, which truly speaks to the level of care and personal attention they provide. You are welcome to call or visit at any time, and you always feel encouraged and included. Sam, the administrator, is always readily available and approachable. Patricia, the coordinator, was incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Nancy is warm and welcoming—she ensures all questions are answered and guides you to the right person without hesitation. This is not your standard short-term or long-term care facility. Homestead Manor provides true one-on-one care and genuinely caters to each resident’s individual needs. There is a wide variety of daily activities for residents, many of which include families, reinforcing their open-door philosophy. Families are always welcome, and you never feel like an outsider. Our family deeply appreciated the care team and the regular care meetings, where we were kept informed of any changes regarding nutrition, weight, therapy, and overall well-being. The transparency and communication gave us tremendous peace of mind. Great facility for adult seniors. My mom is currently living there and the staff treats her great. They have lots of activities and they are always extra attentive , so I would definitely recommend if you have a parent or someone in your life that you want to feel is somewhere caring.

After a very difficult experience at a previous home, my dad arrived feeling sad, depressed, confused, and defeated. In just two short weeks, the transformation has been nothing short of remarkable. He is playing music again, singing, smiling, engaging with others, and most importantly, he genuinely loves where he is. From the very first day, the staff didn’t just welcome my dad—they welcomed our entire family. Nancy, my new bestie, Patty, my sweet confidant and friend, and Melissa in Activities, who goes above and beyond by sending updates and photos, even on her days off when something exciting happens that she knows would make me smile. Those thoughtful gestures mean more than words can ever say. The reception team remembers not only my name but my dad’s as well, and immediately made him feel like he belonged. They made all of us feel like family from the moment we walked through the doors. To his nurses, CNAs, doctors, activity staff, dietary staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and every employee who takes the time to dance, laugh, sing, and have fun with not only my dad but all the residents—you are truly special people. Living far away and being unable to visit every day is incredibly difficult. Yet knowing my dad is surrounded by such a loving, family-oriented team gives us tremendous comfort and peace of mind. We know he is safe, cared for, respected, and genuinely loved. His condition may cause him to forget some things from time to time, but there is one thing I know he will never forget: how you made him feel. The kindness, dignity, joy, and compassion you have shown him have changed his life—and ours. His improvement in such a short time speaks volumes about the environment you have created. This facility and organzation is one of the best you can find in the state of Florida. The care and attention to detail amongst the staff is incomparable to what you can find elsewhere. The nursing staff in my opinion has to be one of the best in the country, hands down! I would highly recommend them.

If I could give 10 starts I would 🤩!!!!!!! My grandfather Aurelio has been living at the Palace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Kendall for almost 4 months now. This place is extraordinary, not only in its beauty and upkeep, but it’s staff( all the way from the front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, dietary, activities , administration, therapy, CNAs, nurses, doctors I mean the entire staff❤️ )is absolutely amazing. They constantly exceed expectations, caring for their residents and creating a fun, wonderful experience every single day. My grandpa has improved so much and the most important thing he feels like home and happy, and he even dances and sings now with the activities girls, which it was very rare for him to do in the past 😅. I am grateful to all of them 🥹 I feel so much at ease knowing that my grandpa can stay here with the best team to care for him. Thank you for your EXCELLENT Services. You guys deserve 💯

When my mom arrived at the palace she was not able to stand or walk the rehab team work with her every day excellent job so she was able to go home walking with a walker and able to take care of herself with activities of daily living.the nurses were so caring and the CNA did an excellent job she was in room 263a .From the moment you walk into the building every single person was pleasant and with a smile,the receptionists were amazing giving me support during the time she stayed there
