The Palace Nursing & Rehab Center

We're proud to say we've received the prestigious Joint Commission Accreditation as well as the coveted Medicare 5-Star rating. We're also U.S. News & World Report's #1-rated nursing home in Florida. At The Palace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, we provide skilled nursing care and/or short-term rehabilitation including wound care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, IV therapy, outpatient rehabilitation and more. The Palace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice and some Managed Care (HMOs).

Homestead Manor

We're not the only ones who think we're among the best; U.S. News & World Report agrees, having recognized Homestead Manor as one of the best nursing homes in Florida in 2015. The Manor is an 88-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center offering a wide range of health care options. We provide both long-term nursing care and short-term rehabilitation to individuals who require such care. Homestead Manor accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice and some Managed Care (HMO's).

The Palace at Home

Honors for The Palace at Home are impressive: Joint Commission Accreditation in both Miami-Dade and Broward counties; recognition for over a decade as one of the Nation's Top 100 Medicare Certified Home Health Agencies; and recognition as one of the Top 25 Home Health Agencies in the Country in Patient Satisfaction by Fazzi Associates (one of the oldest, largest, and most respected organizations dedicated to home care and hospice). The Palace at Home provides personalized care for patients in their own homes on a short- or long-term basis with a professional nurse, therapist or home health aide. Coordination of care is also provided to clients eligible to receive home health services under physician's orders and Medicare criteria.
