The Concept

• A classical Mediterranean-style resort living, with four 4-story buildings and villas, most with lake views. Located in the City of Weston, designed by the renowned architectural firm of Nichols, Brosch, Sandoval and Associates, with interiors designed by Jeff Howard of Howard Design Group. The Lobby lounge features an indoor/outdoor bar area with large screen plasma television where food and beverage service is also available. The project includes an upscale restaurant, coffee shop, poolside dining, and private dining room, an events center with serving bar and catering kitchen, card and game rooms, an English-style library with computers and Internet access, a fully-equipped business center, a meeting and conference room, a full-service beauty salon, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a cardiovascular room and free weights, a gym, saunas, and aerobics room overlooking the pool deck and lake, and yoga and aerobics studio with men's and women's locker rooms & showers.
