Position focus is filling our Community with new residents by:
Responding to inquiries
Calling on prospects
Networking with referral sources
Conducting Marketing presentations to identified groups
Completion of all supporting documentation & arrangements for new residents

Experience required:
2+ years in direct sales, preferably in the Senior Living industry
Computer literate
Minimum Bachelor- degree or related experience preferred
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Dietary Aide

Description: This position is responsible for properly cleaning and sanitizing dishes and the regular effective cleaning of equipment, utensils and work surfaces in the kitchen area. The dietary aide assists in the transporting of food and dish carts and serves as a waiter during meal times: setting up and cleaning the dining room before and after meals. Assemble meal trays based on diet orders and residents' meal preferences. Must enjoy working with the elderly and respond with care and respect in meeting their needs.

Security Guard

Description: Provides protection for residents, visitors and employees by performing security functions and patrols. This position is responsible for monitoring campus entrance/exit for unescorted residents attempting to exit the campus; re-directing residents towards their building to ensure their safety; notify corresponding building for the return of their resident; log all visitors by using the appropriate form; enforce the use of pedestrian gate by those employees/visitors walking into or off of the Campus; direct all delivery trucks, fire rescue, and ambulances to use the employee entrance & direct to the appropriate building; monitor cameras for unusual/suspicious activity. Must be familiar with standard security procedures, must have basic computer skills with the ability to learn the use of Company e-mail system and log-on procedures to network, able to operate gate equipment. Active Class “D” Security Officer License is preferred.

Maintenance Assistant

Description: Responsible for keeping all mechanical equipment in good standing, inspecting floors in all areas, air conditioning/heating equipment, filters, fire alarms, smoke detectors, plumbing/electrical fixtures, emergency lighting, room walls, ceilings, all room furnishings, screen windows, doors, grounds, etc. Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment. Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, pipe/electrical systems and physical structure of establishment. Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill and milling machine in order to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs or fixtures. Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, at least three years experience (preferably in a health care setting) and be self-motivated/resourceful.

Floor Tech

Description: Responsible for ensuring that all of the floors (tile, carpet, etc.) in the facility are kept clean and presentable. This includes but is not limited to the floors in the resident rooms, the restrooms, offices, common/public areas, etc. This is to be accomplished by any or all of the following methods: sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, carpet cleaning, extraction. Must be knowledgeable and experienced in the proper and safe handling and use of the various pieces of equipment necessary for the care and maintenance of the floors.
